Parking Information: A Wilson car park is conveniently situated beneath the entire precinct, with accessible entry points via Cameron Ave or Edmondstone Pl, guaranteeing a seamless and hassle-free parking experience.

Salon Directions: We are conveniently situated adjacent to the Woolworths lifts on the Ground Floor. Grazier Lane is a one-way street suitable for both driving and drop-offs, but parking is prohibited. We recommend utilising the underground parking, taking the Woolworths lift to the ground floor (G), where Lumière’s entrance is situated.

Notice Requirement for Appointment Changes: We strictly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any alterations to your appointment, this also includes rescheduling & cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked booked. We thank you for your understanding.
